With over 20 years as a Genesee County Sheriff, I am no stranger to serving the community. I brought that same commitment with me as I transitioned to real estate. I began my Real Estate career in 2017 and excelled quickly. I am now an Associate Broker and started my own team (Smith Fisher Real Estate Group) of agents that I manage . I am very passionate about helping my clients achieve their goals and I work hard to give my clients an enjoyable and positive real estate experience. As a Top producer in 2020 and 2021, I believe that the most valuable Real Estate Agent is one who is trustworthy, honest, responsive, service oriented and knowledgeable about the market.

Demea Smith

My name is Demea Smith born and raised in Flint Michigan. I am a former health care worker. After working in the healthcare field for over 5 years, I have always had interest in becoming a licensed agent. In 2019 I decided to venture into real estate. With passion for service in my community I am ready to help with your home buying and selling needs. Joshua Simms

My name is Joshua simms I’m a former college basketball player. After college, I worked for the Michigan Department of corrections where I began my real estate journey. With flipping my first home at that time, and being around real estate my entire life. Helping my uncles renovate their homes and watching their flipping processes for years. I decided to get my real estate license to help others with real their real estate goals. In my spare time, I enjoy lifting weights and spending time with family. I am a Registered Nurse consultant and administrator in a local and national health system. My name is Jermarx Marsh, I was born and raised in Flint, MI. I attended Grand Valley State University and earned a Bachelor’s Degree before attending the University of Phoenix and earning an MBA. I am married and have a vibrant family. I am an extremely outgoing person who enjoys setting and achieving new goals.

After going through the home buying process, I became interested in helping others navigate the real estate market. I have spent the majority of my professional career working in Healthcare Administration. My experience working professionally along with my ability to connect with everyone gives me a unique insight into how to connect with others and negotiate appropriate contracts. I graduated from the University of Michigan-Flint in 2018 with a degree in Public Health. I work as a City Planner, which has given me the necessary skills to learn about communities and navigate difficult governmental processes. I connect with homeowners, developers, and business owners daily. I know just how much the places you call home or decide to locate your business matter.
